HOW TO BOOK
Once you have found the tour to suit you from our website, then please drop us an email to email@example.com to confirm availability (though this is indicated on each individual tour page too) or give us a call.
You can submit a booking request by completing our online booking form below. PLEASE NOTE that you must fill in your DOB and both a landline and mobile telephone number or the form will not submit. Passport information is only required for overseas bookings. In checking the box in acceptance at the bottom of the form, you agree to our Terms & Conditions of booking which can also be found on this website. This must then be followed with deposit payment before we can confirm your booking, and this can be done by one of three methods:-
- Debit or credit card – on completion of the form you will be forwarded to our secure payment page via Worldpay.
- Bank transfer – email us for account details. This method is free and easy to do. Once you have set Oriole Birding up as a payee on your online banking system, its then easy to pay your balance [and any future deposits!] by this method.
- Alternatively you can download, print and sign the form and send, together with correct deposit payment cheque made payable to Oriole Birding Ltd, to our office address.
When we receive your booking and deposit, we will send a booking confirmation letter which for overseas tours including a flight, will also include your ATOL Certificate and and your ATOL Confirmation Invoice. This confirmation will include your balance due date.

Balance payment dates vary by tour and will be indicated in your confirmation letter. Your pre-tour information pack which includes your checklist and any other information, such as flight details/tickets, will be sent out two to three weeks prior to departure. You can now pay balances online too by following the link below, just above the form
